Well, now almost a full week into April, I just booked my hotel room in downtown Cincinnati for the Flying Pig Marathon. I feel like my training has been on-point for the most part and that I will be peaking at the right time. As for my history with running, it is now 2 year old affair of which I have become infatuated. I recently contacted the Track and Field coach at my alma mater, Wittenberg University to see if I could obtain an old track jersey to wear for the run. Kinda odd, but if you’ll remember, it was during indoor track season of my Sophomore year that I realized I had started on an unhealthy path. I genuinely think I’m trying to come full-circle with this whole marathon thing, I also think when I finish it will show a fairly significant accomplishment in my lifetime. Maybe I should just shut up
